ABOUT sheena

Sheena Pate is a Texas born, Cajun photographer, storyteller, and coordinator of all things with a severe case of wanderlust who has been living and traveling out West extensively since 2002. She may have grown up in the hills of Texas, but she has always known the mountains were home.

 

Pate's photography is best known for its journalistic, candid style with a desire to capture relationships, distinct communities and unspoiled landscapes. She is based in NW Montana spending a majority of her time off the beaten path capturing moments and stories, in Alberta, British Columbia and Montana.

This mountain momma can often be found exploring waterways, summiting peaks with a posse of women or blazing trails by foot or on skis with son, daughter and dog in tow.
